ROOM OCCUPANCY FOR QUARANTINE PURPOSES:

In the pursuant of the Department of Tourism (DOT) Administrative Order No. 2021-004-A. Section 9 - Room Occupancy. As a general rule, Single Occupancy or One (1) Guest per Room policy is strictly observed.

However, exceptions are applied for the following:

• Families from the same household travelling together, especially those with minors;

• Health and emergency frontline services personnel;

• Guest requiring a companion:

  • 18 years old and below; and

  • Persons needing special assistance (e.g., Senior Citizens, PWD, with chronic medical illness).

Or as may be prescribed by DOH and BOQ.

Waiver. For quarantine guests staying as groups or with companions, they shall sign a waiver that in case one of them turns out to be COVID-19 positive, the close contacts shall undergo the prescribed quarantine process in accordance with the guidelines of BOQ and/or LGU concerned.

Pre-approval by DOH/BOQ. For repatriated OFWs and Returning Overseas Filipinos under quarantine, double or multiple occupancy in rooms shall be pre-approved by the Quarantine Medical Officer (QMO) on duty.

DELUXE PWD, DELUXE 1, & PREMIUM 1 Rooms are for Single Occupancy only. However, due to the quarantine exceptions that were mentioned above; the maximum occupancy of two (2) adults with an additional amenities of Php 800/night shall be allowed. At least one (1) child of 12 years old and below is allowable with free of charge.

DELUXE 2, PREMIUM 2, & SUPREME Rooms are default for occupancy of two (2) adults from the same household, with minors or persons needing special assistance. Allowable of at least two (2) children of 12 years old and below, free of charges. In the events of an additional adult occupancy of one (1); an amenities of Php 800/night shall be applied, but not to exceed the maximum occupancy of four (4).

Outside food deliveries are strictly prohibited by the BOQ. However, the hotel offers Daily Meal Packages and Ala Carte selections for our guests.

The Hotel is strictly implements health and safety protocols. Once checked-in, we encourage our guests to stay in their respective rooms until such time that their quarantine period at the hotel has been completed. Guests under quarantine are not allowed to accept visitors.
